FH Global Ventures (“FH”) is a privately held investment capital management firm, operating from the Dallas/Fort Worth area. FH was founded on the determination to provide investors better long-term returns on their capital, by investing in real assets as opposed to stock market derivatives.
PORTFOLIO
FH invests in residential real estate, notes, rentals, commercial real estate, 506B and 506C. We currently acquire an average annual capital investment portfolio of approximately $4.5 million, and partners with mortgage note investment companies, rental investment companies, and others.
